Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or refunds if the product is received damaged.
To be eligible:
- The item must be damaged upon delivery
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of Damage
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Refund or Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement: A new item will be shipped at no extra cost
OR - Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or design
Return Process

- Share your order details and proof of damage
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we will guide you through the next steps
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping (if required) will be covered by Spira Jewells for damaged items only
