Refund and Returns Policy

At Spira Jewells, we take great care in delivering high-quality jewelry. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or refunds if the product is received damaged.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be damaged upon delivery
  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of Damage

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Refund or Replacement

Once your request is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped at no extra cost
    OR
  • Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color or design

Return Process

  2. Share your order details and proof of damage
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping (if required) will be covered by Spira Jewells for damaged items only
